Apart the weirdness of the activity and the high price tag of the unit, isn't it a great way to get ready for the season / train in your living room ? :)

But I still prefer good ol workouts doing squats, lunges and jump rope at the gym for 10$/m :D

Looks to be about as useful as the Nordic Track. You can convince yourself you are going to use it to get yourself strong for the season, but after about 5 min of boredom you toss it in the basement to collect dust.

Hope this guy doesn't drop his knees so low when he is skiing? He is going to end up having huge knee problems: Tuck the knee not drop it to the ground.
