Freeride Binding Maintenance

Hi all,

I'm new here (first year free-heal skiing). I have the Rottefella Freeride bindings and I was wondering if they need to have any regular (or yearly) maintenance or lubrication.

Possibly. I’ve ridden the same pair for six years and haven’t done a thing! I would advise you, if you have not, to look up the tension chart. If you have the springs too tight, which I sort of like to do, they won’t release well.
