Int'l Skiing History video library
A worthy organization with some interesting videos across time and skiing disciplines. Links below. I love watching Stenmark, and a Norpining slide show!

Re: Int'l Skiing History video library
Excellent videos.
Crater Lake. Drove through in the spring several years ago when there was still a lot of snow and fantasized about skiing Wizard Island.
Steens Mountain. Heard it's really cool.
Shasta. Norpine paralleled Shasta Ski Park several times about 10 years ago. I was standing on the side of the hill and some guy pulls up in front of me. I said, "You look like Stefan Edberg." He replied, "That's because I'm from Sweden."
* In my mind, Gart Brothers still exists. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TGYUWHef3Is
Hansi versus Ingemar in their primes. The athlete versus the technician. Who wins?
High schools in the Minneapolis and Denver areas start showing this video to 9th and 10th graders in gym and social studies classes. Hook 'em young. Hoigaard's and Gart Brothers* begin marketing long (≥ 200 cm) skinny (≤ 70 mm) telemark skis to these kids. NNN bindings. Yes indeed. Afton becomes the place where the hip telemeisters meet to trip. Without moguls Mary Jane becomes the perfect intermediate XCd area. And after a hard day's skinny-ski telemarking at Afton, it's Matt's for a Jucy Lucy and PBR Tallboy.
