Beware of ice cream

Sunday, I was out skiing in my secret stash in Sainte-Brigitte, north of Quebec City... Lots of snow still, fresh and heavy. After a couple of turns, I notice a small tree behind a big one; too late! I tried to avoid the thing and bing boom badang! Skis in the air, head in the snow. I felt pain behind my knee... Ohoh... not good. But I could ski down no problem. The day after I realized that it was my ankle that was painful; noting to my knee. I was afraid of a problem with ACL. But no. After a couple of days and stretching (that I do almost everyday) pfuit... Gone. This serves me as a warning. A lever like a ski in dense snow could pop your tendons real easy. We have to ski carefully in dense snow! I just forgot...
