So we just bought a house and I'm working on a space to tune my skis... I just finished building a new cheap ski rack... Any suggestions / pictures of your own room?

This one is not mine, but it's pretty cool:

E---gads LJ, I'd have to take off my boots to go in there.....Lordy a ski tuning room has to have grit....Will take a couple pictures of mine but don't expect anything like such a clean room......I mean, think cave!!!!! TM

Yeah, LJ, take all my woman's throwaway, anything and cover the cement!!!! Good on the legs....AND, I won't worry if some of that wicked good wax ends on it.....Smells good there as the cherry wood is giving off wonderful fumes....And those e99's at 210 and 215's are gonna kick powder this year.....Yep!!!! TM

I don't believe you TM... Those are Ron's skis... See, he already removed the pins to mount some SNS bindings for the upcoming season...

Good one LJ but....I have three sets of Rottafella Super Telemark bindings sitting around....And some of the boys are on some others of mine...er...but can't remember who!!!!! But I know!!!! And I'm in the process of gluing some Fischer extremes....a skinny downhill racing ski good only at resorts (90's)....But lots of fun to ride....Of the three sets that I own only two singles look glueable... K2 led the industry in dropping telemark from their line....and all have followed....But Fischer still has their hand in the game with XCD...Anything much wider than a Rebound has little interest for me....Wish I had a longer e109....they seem to ski pretty well...Teleman

Mine are 178's...Would like to have about a 190....They ski well, turn really good for a 18 mm side cut....Very easy to get on edge and are very stable....My go to ski last year and did well in all conditions except for one.......AND that one was a serious bummer....Had bottomless very deep powder and the skis even in the steeps sunk and stopped...Serious bummer.....Next day my e99's at 205 skied better.....but I'm thinking the 215's would totally ride beautifully.....So instead of going fatter for surface....will go longer....Will let you know....And Telemancin?....Quit lurking and start writing.....We have a friend who calls himself Telepole....Yes he is Polish American....and he is a wild low ball telemarker....Teleman

My E109 is 170cm in length and a little shorter than my body length. I'm thinking to use it for crud snow in early spring.
For powder skiing, I'd like to rely on a little wider one, S-bound 88, with its length is unchanged. Shorter skis are good for hiking up in a wood.
