Meidjo 3.0 Binding Springs
I've just mounted the M3s and the 2 springs seem to be much stiffer than the 2 springs in my M2.1s.
Does anyone know if they are stiffer?? Or the springs in the 2.1s have got softer after +/- 35 weeks skiing on them??

Telemark. The only reason to go down on one knee.

I also have several 2.1's and a 3.0. Not only do springs get softer, they also get slightly shorter. On new springs at setting 1 or 2, it's like old ones at 4.
One thing you can do to speed it up is to set the resistance at 4 or 5, and raise the heel overnight. Then set them at 1 or 2 the next day. After a few days, they will ease up a bit.
After about 3 days of skiing on them, plus that compression, I'm beginning to dial them up now.
