185-ish Asnes Veterans for someone that is light/short and wants a classic ski. Looks like the tails are OK. This was the widest in the group back in the day. In terms of width it went:

Tur-Langrenn, Tur-Modell, Veterans

The Tur-Modells are the E99 class ski (mine are 66-56-60), the Veterans were probably similar to today's Nansen, give or take and with less turning properties, though I've never handled a pair. About: 76-75-70 IIRC... I read an article once.

Not mine, but a couple of Colorado CL ads for various Åsnes and Fischer skis:

https://fortcollins.craigslist.org/spo/ ... 95413.html
https://boulder.craigslist.org/spo/d/hy ... 50607.html

Fwiw, there are always several ads for backcountry skis on the Denver and Boulder, Fort Collins Craigslist thruout the winter.

This seems like a really good price for a T4. If someone needs Mondo 21.5 plastic boots, kids maybe?

$75.00 when I looked at it.

From Greg (woodenskis.com guy) too, so you know they are what they are with no BS. And he knows how to pack and ship skis.

But the shipping on those... WOOOOOF. It's gonna hurt.

I spotted a pair of used Voile Charger BC 181 skis for sale at GearHub in Fernie BC today. They have a Marker G3 touring binding on them (Ion series I think). $550 CAD. Looks like they’ve got quite a bit of wax on them right now (storage possibly) and the bases don’t look beat.

(I took photos but posting them off cell is a P.I.T.A. If you’re interested PM me for photos).

I’m kind of interested myself but if I brought home another set of skis this winter I’d have to face the wrath of She Who Speaks...

I’d happily pick them up and arrange shipping if you buy them...GearHub is pretty accommodating though.
