I say that because this recent setup I bought was actually more expensive under their package deal listing than it was to just put the items in the cart separately.
Nice catch!
For any company that offers a "value", "jumbo", "economy", or other implication of saving money by buying in volume, do your math for your money.
I've found many 'value 12-pack' cheaper than ordering 12 singles", or "jumbo" 500-sheet rolls being 'cheaper' than 2 x 250-sheet roles, i.e. more-smaller sheets but less square-area and more expensive per unit (e.g. $ per in^2). When you buy regularly and or in scale, it adds up.
Similar "shrink-flation" is seen in food where half-gallons of ice cream became 1.75 then 1.5 quarts, and quick meals that used to take 5min in the microwave now take 4:30-4:15 (hmm...) and or <meat, >veg, that is, where an item's price hasn't increased 33-100% since 2020.
