Startex ski wax manufacturer (Start ski wax) bankrupt
The finnish company Startex, who amongst other things produces Start ski wax, is apparently gone bankrupt.

I think I will order a few spare tins of Start Oslo Special. I don’t believe I have used Swix Red/Silver since I tried the Oslo Violet. I have some Oslo Blue, but have never tried it.
The downside of Olso Violet is even when scraped clean, that little bit of residue will make colder waxes stick.
Ah, first world problems!
