Touring skis reinforcement question

Hé guys, I wonder if lightweight touring skis (like Black Crows) have a long reinforcement plate or just 2 small ones to accommodate tech pins and heel? I guess it depends... or maybe not. I want to mount one with 3 pin traverse (4 holes).

I did that in the past with K2 skis (Sahale and Wayback) and it worked just fine... but those skis are still solid, compared to a full fledge skimo sort of ski...

Could also use some inserts...

I digress here: long plate or 2 short ones?

Just read a thread on another site where @Woodserson wrote about mounting reinforcement on a couple of different models of Black Crows skis.
Hopefully he will respond, kind of miss hearing from him. I also haven’t heard anything of the famous Chuck Flannel, BC skier and all around cool dude. I guess I sound like a curmudgeon, “Oh you whippersnappers, you don’t remember those great videos from Johnny Lighting and Chuck Flannel, but I do!” Followed by a bunch of wheezing and an old man laughing.

Here is the thread, I would have a hard time finding it if I don’t do it now.
