In the previous response, I am reading classic responses and tactics by Trumpers; rather than acknowledge the facts of the evil, they misdirect the conversation to some other issue. In Trumps case; the modus operendi is also to accuse others of his own crimes. By this method the initial issues (e.g. trump supporters invading our legislature with plans to kidnap and/or kill; and disseminating lies) are not addressed.
