Need to know

I know it's an unrelated question to ask but I didn't find any accurate answer to this question. I have a travelling site where most of the time I communicate with my clients through mails. Now you know that in today's world data is important. Therefore, I want to archive those emails. I want to know if anyone here knows how to do so?

@JasonPearson :
Presume you intend to archive to a separate repository, not archiving within the e-mail system itself. Each e-mail system has it's own way of doing. Recommend to google search your specific system. Something like:
- how to archive gmail emails to hard drive, or
- how to archive hotmail emails to hard drive, or
- something like that
Shouldn't be terribly difficult. However, if the instructions seem out of your comfort zone, should be able to get any young person to help you out with payment of a fidget spinner!

If you search web for this there are mainly four possible solutions to archive your mails
1. Manual method
2. Online tools
3. Offline tools
4. Hire an expert
and also I suggest you to use an offline tool.
