Took the Ingstads out for a cruise today- one of those Swix blue kinda days in fresh snow hitting single track on the way up to ski FSR down. It was pretty much perfect. These skis pair well with the Alpina Pioneer TECH- comfortable boot that manages the Ingstad nicely . There was an uphill stretch that required X-skins, nice to discover I can still remove them without having to take the ski off. Kinda discovered that the rod in my leg makes for uncomfortable knee dropping so that suckers gonna have to come out next spring. Coming down was smoooth, no one else has been up there yet so other than critter tracks Ingy had perfect conditions to play. Looking forward to repeating it tomorrow. Great ski.
