No idea on history.
Arkos are size 37. They look to have been very, very minimally used.
Merrell's are size 10. Some use, but they look barely broken in to my eye.
Both sets were dusty. I wiped them down, then massaged a coat of Zamberlan's into each boot. Let it sit for awhile, then buffed out. Then took the pics below.
