It's about 3 hours drive from Derby. On a powder day it was worth the drive but last month there was a fire and the chairlift shack ans the ski shop were completely destroyed.

The mountain has not reopen yet. We can still "skin" but I wouldn't drive 3 hours for this :) I used to work in Beebe Plain 5 minutes from Derby above the border , but never went below the border for any skiing in that region. Any good skiing in the aera?
