I had...174 Kom's and 178 Objectives...
Both sets of skis were too long for me, when driven with those flimsy boots, and when hauling the heavy loads that we were.
I have since divested myself of both of those sets of skis, and replaced them with 162 Kom's and 163 V6 BC's. ...

Very interesting that the V6 in 163 works for you.
It rips. Light and fast going up, competent, capable, and nimble in the deep stuff coming back down. Love how fast I can get edge to edge in tight trees without having to get the whole ski across the fall line to scrub speed.
