So, are they mondo 28 or mondo 27. I see you listed both. And is this the liner listed size? Also,what does the shell size state?

Sorry about the confusion. The liner says "E1 28.5" and the cuff "DX 26.5/28.5", that seems to imply Mondo 28.5. However they are too small for my feet and all my Scarpa tele boots have been M28. I have tried Scarpa M28.5 and found them too big. Of course, Scarpa shells jump across each full number, i.e. same shell for 27.5/28, then 28.5/29. I don't know about Carmont shell sizes. The best I can describe is that these boots are Mondo 27 in the Scarpa tele boot sizing. Hope this helps.

Yeah, old boots seem to be sized more erratic. I would be willing to take a chance on size/fit for $100 shipped. Let me know if you are interested.
