Elan ripstick tour 104’s
Elan ripstick tour 104’s
Has anyone ridden these? I know the ripstick 106’s are very popular for dropping knees, but I’m curious about their lighter cousins.

Not much info from Blister, but in the comments there's an interesting take on this ski:

This also may give you some insight into the ski and how it compares to the 106:
Sounds like a pretty nice ski!

Re: Elan ripstick tour 104’s
The thing for me that I like about Ripsticks is the narrower tail with respect to the shovel, but they do away with that with their 88 and 104 Tour skis, inexplicably. Also the overall dims are way not comparable.
RS 106: 143/106/120 23mm
Tour 104: 128/104/122 8mm
Narrower tails sink, which I like for telemark in soft snow. Ymmv
