@ Roman : good to "see" you here too!
Roman is a local ski buddy whom I've met last winter. We've done a few ski tours together around the 3-country-point, him showing me spots I wasn't aware of and me showing him a route/area he didn't know yet. Good times and looking forward to some more ski tours this winter!
EDIT: Planneralm was actually Roman's idea!

Through the mentioned FB group + then the ski tours last winter. Only today he messaged me he had posted a reply to my post here
There's some more XCD / backcountry ski folk out there in CZ, even one who makes wooden skis and wooden expedition sleds. I doubt many more of them are here on this forum but they are out there in the FB group Backcountry CZ.

Saturday I made another long day trip to the Planneralm.
A big "Nordstau" weather system with moist air coming straight from Spitzbergen was hitting the Alps since Friday of which the Bohemian Forest is only getting some left overs (though it did look like skiable today on the webcams of Hochficht and Nova Pec).
-7*C at the parking lot at 1600m, snowing cats & dogs on top of average 0.5-ish metre, with plenty wind, marginally OK visibility between the trees.
First did a tour with the Rossi BC100, didn't bother with skins: I'm positively impressed with the grip! But when breaking trail the tips like to dig themselves in. Later I switched to leather boots and the Aasnes Combat Nato skis to see the difference: here the tips stay much better above the snow but the whole ski sinks deeper in the snow. I had probably made a mistake with the waxing as I had big chunks of snow sticking underfoot. The whole ski was prepped with Swix white/arctic as base & glide and in the gripzone I had put Swix blue which I thought would do the job with estimate snow temp of -8: I should probably have out on green instead. Weather: see below
I may be able to make time in the next days for a ski tour in our local area.
