I have a pair of Sky Hoy bindings that I wanna switch to a different ski and are looking for a template. Would anybody have or know where I could get one?

You might try finding a Black Diamond dealer in your area that sells skis / bindings, and see if they have an old jig for the Skyhoy. Then have them mount them.
