Yeah, but how short are your arms?
Weigh In
Re: Weigh In
oh no you don't, I will not be arm-shamed !! my arms do the best they can and deserve to be fully recognized for the effort they commit and propulsion they provide.
Re: Weigh In
See the hill in the background? TRex don’t care bout arms. He gets his turns by riding the lifts.
Go Ski
Re: Weigh In
I have a track workout scheduled for today, but I am concerned...is my BMI too high for track day?

Re: Weigh In
Sound like a good reason to run. Now if it was BAC, I would say stay in the recliner and watch sports. Live Pro Pickleball on today on the Pickleball Channel. Nothing like Pickleball and a Margie on the rocks. https://www.youtube.com/live/MU4kcewBE8Y?feature=share
Decided to go straight up!

Re: Weigh In
Agree with you—this is such a great time to check in on fitness and maybe even hop on the scales if you're feeling up to it. Skiing can push you to your limits, especially if you've been hitting the slopes in the Rockies. It’s easy to forget how much energy you’re burning out there, so staying on top of your health makes sense. Ski sales are everywhere right now! If you're thinking of grabbing some new gear, knowing where you’re at physically could help you pick the right skis. Weight can play a role in how skis perform, so matching them to your current level is smart. If you’re looking for tips or gear advice, check out www.deuschem.com.

Re: Weigh In
I have not been skiing as much as I want, but I am doing better with weight and health. I guess I am still overweight at 26.4 BMI.weizhonggains wrote: ↑Mon Jan 13, 2025 4:33 pmAgree with you—this is such a great time to check in on fitness and maybe even hop on the scales if you're feeling up to it. "What’s BMI ?"
Body Mass Index. A reference the medical establishment uses to give a rating to your weight relative to your height. There are of course variables not taken into account this way, but it'ssomething they use. Simple to figure yours if you look it up.
