@The GCW
Although I have reached an age where I should be be more thoughtful sometimes I like to throw a little macho trash talk in there. Here goes:
If you can ride a mountain bike down it, and up it, a real man skis it on the Green Man. Just the way it is!
Fortunately I mellowed in the 90’s, I’m now more sensitive. Not so sensitive that I wouldn’t talk smack passing you on the Green Man. However I understand what you are getting at. Nansen is still on my list. Woods did a nice review, I would read that and see if that appeals to you. If your snow isn’t deep that is the ski I would get. If you have deep snow and hills Lilcliffy has me sold on Ingstad.
Good luck in your choice. Quite selfishly I’m hoping you go Nansen, because I would like to read your review.

Hi everyone, just this morning the new Asnes Falketind 62 became available on the REI site (grip waxable). It's not for me, as hand disabilities and chemical sensitivities make grip-waxing not an option, and it has more sidecut than I seek, but sharing in case it's helpful:
https://www.rei.com/product/198925/asne ... s-20212022
(they also recently got Nansen WL, Ingstad WL, and Bredablikk)
Sharing 'cause I know gear is hard to find (I'd love for someone to let me know if they see Excursion 88 in 169 or Xplore bindings/boots available).
