I'm really tempted to make a new end nut to replace the red ones that is longer.
I think this would be a really easy fix (for Meidjo), combined with a longer stiff spring. Dostie (of Dostie's View on YT) and Freeheel Life in Salt Lake City might be good contact points to pass that on to the M folks.
... I am thinking that a stiffer spring on a lower setting would help. It would give you the same resistance at different points in the action, but would let you get deeper during those few times you get too aggressive.
