How Private Message Outbox Works

There is confusion on how the Private Message (PM) Outbox works for the TelemarkTalk.com forum.
People are thinking that it works like email, i.e., that when they send a PM, it will leave their Outbox and land in the Recipient’s Inbox.

What actually happens is that the PM stays in the Sender’s Outbox UNTIL the Recipient opens the PM.
Once the Recipient has opened the PM, the PM will move to the the Sender’s Sent messages folder.
