Hey Woods,

I own the Rossi BCX6- but have only tried on the Rossi BCX10. Isn't the internal lacing system the same between the Rossi BCX6 and BCX10?

I also own the Fischer BCX6- and I can testify that it is a VERY powerful NNNBC boot- currently the most powerful I have tested. It has a similar sole-flex pattern to the Alpina Alaska and Rossi BCX10- but the Fischer BCX6 is way more powerful above the ankle...

I prefer my Alaskas to my Fischer BCX6 for more xcountry pursuits- but the Fischer is way more powerful downhill- more powerful than any straight leather BC-XC boot I have tried.

The internal lacing is the same but it has a better, beefier ankle cuff that actually delivers, vs the ornamental cuff on the bcx 6. I like the 10 a lot, I wished it had come in 75mm.

I missed out on the Fischers, they never fit my foot right.

It is very strange- to me- that there is no Rossi BCX1075...I may have to try the BCX10 at some point- does it ever go on sale in the off season!

My Fischer BCX6 fits me perfectly but the flex point is extremely poorly designed- it crushes my metatarsus- I can't wear them for a long-distance tour. My friend has the subsequent generation Fishcer BCX6- they seem to have fixed the flex zone with leather- imagine. I see on the Fischer website that they have redesigned the BCX6 again.
