First day of XC ski in North America!

We take cross country ski very seriously here in Canada. The Canmore Nordic Center in Alberta opens today, October 18th!

Here in Quebec, our training center is scheduled for October 31th... Thanks to the 120,000 cubic feet of artificial snow they stocked last December and saved under a thick coat of sawdust.

Is the venue for athletes?

Yep, it's for atheles, but it's also open to the public for recreational skiing. And it's also a research center for University of Quebec...

I've been to Quebec city... in December seven years ago? Food was excellent.

Ron,

You seem to be a good XC skier already.
NNN/BC must be a cinch for you. :)

The first thing to do for getting better on NNN/BC is to pay out of your own pocket for the gear. :)
