Ok, so here are some Kazama High Country 205 cms for 45 bucks and free shipping.

-Dimensions are 56-50-53

I would recommend for flat, fast, straight skiing in tracks or on lakes. I would hesitate to take this on a rolling tour even with good grooming where any turning was necessary, unless you want to snowplow.
in your opinion, are the 205s suitable for a 200lb skiier?

60mm skins new $29

These were mentioned in another thread:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/324797390457?h ... SwmT5hSZCb
I have no connection with the seller, but these are a really great deal, imho.
Skins like this will fit most metal edge XC skis w/60mm waists, and will work well with wider skis in many situations. Trim to length.

Where in the hell are all of these coming from?!
It looks like there's hundreds of them out there.

Okay, peer pressure finally wins -- I ordered some.
Maybe they'll come in handy someday...

haha! I bought 2 the other day. cant wait to try them!

whoever selling these probably got them from a liquidation sale or they fell off the back of a truck. These are cheap.

Once I confirm they are actually usable, I may buy more. Would be nice to have skins for all of my skis. I can trim and cut different widths and lengths for each pair of my skis. Sounds OCD, I know...lol

I’m afraid they’re going to be great for climbing, but be useless for glide.
And maybe on the draggy side on the ups, to boot.
As soon as someone tries these out, we need a report.

I got the Black Diamond Ascension 60mm today. quality looks good...especially for $28! I cut them for 185cm. will need to trim them tomorrow. going to put them on my MT51 and use that ski as a template trim it and then use them for the Skog 185cm. I think they will be perfect for any 50-56mm waisted ski. looks like these can climb walls!

wont be able to try out as the weather has been bad. also, talk about an unlucky month...i rear ended a car coming home from work on Wednesday as it was super icy so Im in a rental car for a while...wont be going up to the mtns until they maintain the roads better. been a disastrous winter here. will hunker down this wkend and watch the superbowl.
