I tried to find this video in this thread. Here it is, in case someone else will be looking for it at some point.

More parallel turns than tele turns maybe, but with very XCd’ish gear :D e.g. at about 5 min.



Looks like the guy, Bill Koch, is an Olympic medalist XC skier. Who started competing in Nordic combined, so he has done lots of ski jumping, too. Koch also introduced freestyle / skate skiing to XC world cup competitions, says Wikipedia. An amazing skier!

Maybe it wasn't universally true, but interesting to see so much of what looks like jump turns in some older Telemark skiing videos.

What a great video. I picked up those exact tele sauvage for 2 bucks this summer and wasn't sure what to pair them with, will try the terminators I never use
